Of course we want you to be happy with your candle, however if for any reason you are not happy then please return the unused item to us in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will issue you are full refund or replacement item.

Faulty or Damaged goods
Unfortunately from time to time items (especially our glass products) can get damaged on their way to you. If your product arrives and it is damged then please contact us immediatley by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
